The single-beam overload limiter is mainly used for electric hoist, electric single beam crane, the safety protection device of crane equipment, single beam overload general tonnage of 0.5-32 tons. The overload limiter consists of sensors, operational amplifiers, control actuators and load indicators, and will display, control, and alarm functions in one. When lifting objects, the sensor produces deformation and converts the load weight into electrical signals, which is amplified by operation and indicates the value of the load. When the load reaches 90% of the rating, the warning signal is issued; When the load exceeds the rated load, the power source of the lifting mechanism is cut off.
