It was on 9th June, 2016(the Dragon Boat Festival), The MIC, a company, who was directly respond for the Rio 2016 item, appointed his item manager, Bogdan, to come to China to visit out factory, after a brief understanding of us by email contact. With taking some photos of the machines to send to Brazil OCOG, the negotiation went ahead a great step, after we dealt with the price and payment details, they were really desired to cooperate with us.

The first product we have done is the barricade covers, with 130gsm mesh polyester fabric, which is one of our best-selling products, durable and light, can let strong wind get through, no worrying wrinkles and crease when packing. For this big item, we offer the most professional designers to adjust the colors, depending on requirements and Pantone Color. After all settle down, printing were going smoothly, but as all you know, the Opening ceremony was on 8thAugust, it is really a big pressure for completed almost 10,000m2 banners and stickers with one month(we need to finished it before 10th July), so, to accelerate the process speed, we purchased about 6sets of printers for Dye sublimations digital printing, with the previous 4sets, there are total 10sets, with all, about 2,000m2 (21,600ft2), thus, it’s much faster, adding the cutting, stitching and punching time, we were definitely completed the mesh barricade covers on time.

And it is much easier for the decal production, the same procedure, adjusting colors, printing, die cut, packing, only within one week.

Considering the MIC staffs are all from the Ukraine, they didn’t very adapt themselves for Chinese food and Climate, we help to arrange the hotel accommodation, and they can eat some their Country food—mashed potato, and also, we advised them to try some our Chinese Traditional food, like Wuhan hot-dry-noodles, the Zhou Black Duck, accompanied with someone to go shopping. We are partners, as well as good friends.
