JILU CONTROLLER

l CONTROLLER SHELL —— Unique shell in China with design patent.

l FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST —— Each finished controller shall be tested for at least 72 hours.

l ALLOWANCE —— Controller has allowance on its components.

l MOSFET —— The rated current of controller is 15A. We use 100A MOSFET.

l CAPACITOR —— We leave 30% extra. If required 2000uF, we use 2500-3000uF.

l COPPER FOIL THICKNESS —— 1.0oZ is required. We use 1.5oZ.

l INTELLIGENT CLOUD PLATFORM —— Optional

l SOFT START-UP SYSTEM —— Motor starts up placidly and the current is far less than traditional hardware start-up technology.

l MPPT&DSP CHIP TECHNIQUE —— The MCU can detect the circuit automatically and can be displayed by LED, to prevent the motor from starting up frequently, protect the pump motor and prolong the motor lifetime. 

l PROTECTIONS —— Over-voltage protection / Under-voltage protection / Over-current protection / Over-load protection.

l FULL-AUTOMATIC OPERATION —— Unmanned guarding, apply to photovoltaic direct power supply. Intelligent module design makes maintenance simple and effective. Through groundwater and tank water level sensors, as well as the current and voltage detection, pump is prevented from running dry and overflowing. The system can work automatically.

l PV ARRAY CONFIGURATION—— It accepts almost all panel types in the market, with different configuration.
