The sixth generation intelligent CNC corner cleaning machine is a special equipment that are used to clean PVC window-doors welding slag at 90° angle seam. This machine adopts industrial computer as hardware pivot, and human-machine interface touch display screen of LED liquid crystal is utilized. Equipped with exclusive corner cleaning software developed by our company (operation system supports Chinese and English version). It can finish a comprehensive cleaning, including the opposite side of welding corner, the slope and the ellipse arc of external corner, the upper and the lower planar welding seam, interior planar welding seam of inner angle, sealing strip groove and internal planar welding seam. According to different profiles, it can be set to store more than 100 types of corner cleaning programs. Equipped with automatic flat-spinning feeder, this machine can achieve automatic flat-spinning feeding, and automatic cleaning of welding corner, so work force and cost is reduced, and efficiency is improved.

Connecting the conveying table with welding machine, PVC window-door production line is formed.
