Auto-line V consists of coiler frames,leveling and grooving device,hydraulic notching and punching device,hydraulic plate-shearing machine,displacement-type pittsburgh lock former,auto matic feeding table,duplex TDF folder and the electric cabinet.The whole dlectrical part is mastered by computer,so the positioning precision can be assured.The maximum feeding speed is 16m/min and the length tolerance is ±0.5mm.Line V can produce TDF flange ducts and angle iron flange ducts,during which the line is easy to be adjusted to produce each one.
