Challenges

Finished with only 2 set-ups, Super-finishing to generate a very flat, smooth surface without sign of tool marks. Extremely small tool is applied to sharpen grooves and edges.

Feature

The lever handle produced a 87° curve, 0.2mm(0.008”) ball nose milling & chamfering for perpendicular grooves. Threaded hole M8X1.25mm for extremely tight tolerance that enable the two fit into each other.
