Product Description

18t/h mung Screening Machine with vibration is one kind of grain feed cleaning machine which combine 3 screen layers which with different aperture size and air blower for mainly removing the dust, impurities, grain straw, big coarse, leaves etc. The screen mesh can be replaced as per different grain size. It has a wide application for corn , wheat, barley,  sesame, sunflower seeds, rape seeds etc. The cleaning rate could be 98%.

 

Working Principle

There are three layers of sieve bottom of this machine. At first,the front screen will sort out the dust and smaller impurities. Then the main fan will select at last part. After the grains finished cleaning, it will be casted out by Grain Casting Machine to realise sort out the stone and mildew grains. This machine also solves the question of feeding grains after screened. First layer is for the big impurity, second layer for small impurity, three layer is for half a grain, and fourth layer for sand etc.

The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters, the machine without food conveyor belt can be directly run into the house of the rolls, it is also called "grain thrower without wind".

After processed by Grain cleaning machine,grains will more clean and quality will be improved. It will be better for both next milling procedure or selling in the market, which make it becomes one of the most favorite grain cleaners in the global market.

 

 

Before Sifting

There will be seed pot, seed skin, light impurities dust and other coarse inside the rape seed after harvesting from the ground.

                                     

 

After Sifting
