Product overview:  

WZSM series coal powder sieve is suitable for pulverized coal injection equipment with special requirements for pulverized coal screening, mainly to prevent the debris, fiber and other debris into the coal bunker to ensure the normal transportation of coal in the pipeline.

 

Operating principle and Structure：

Powdered coal loose through the screen, sawdust and fiber and other debris to stay in the upper, Need to manually clean.

2.The Coal powder sieve adopts the high-performance vibration motor and adjusts the magnitude of the exciting force of the motor to change the amplitude of the sifter.

3. Screening machine set up a second vibration isolation system, coal sieve running load is small, can be installed on the floor.

4. Screen surface for stainless steel wire woven mesh.

 

Installation and commissioning:

1. Before installation, check the scene with the installation diagram.

2. In accordance with the order of installation, first installed floor, and then installed the second reed, the second damping, a damping spring, sieve.

3. Adjust all kinds of plastic spring, to ensure vertical, such as skew, adjust the floor position, so that the vertical, the final welding.

4. The two motors turn in the opposite direction.

 

Use and maintenance：

1. Should always check whether the bolts loose, if loose, tighten.

2. Vibration motor generally overhaul once a year to check the bearing wear, replace the new grease.

3. For routine maintenance, refer to the motor instruction manual.
