How does Laser works ?

ECL Laser systerms are high speed,noncontact laser coders,which contain an RF-excited CO2 laser that operates at a wavelength of approximately 9.3 um or 10.6um.These coders can apply see-by dates,bathc coders,logos and other variable informtion to a wide of range of substrates on the production line .the syterm are controlled by an easy to use interface that is very adaptable for most marking applications .
The laser systerms do not requir consumables except electricity,compressed air and filters for the optional extractor unit. 

Technical Parameter

CO2 laser are gas lasers that are based on a carbon dioxide gas mixture,which is stimulated electrically.With a wavelength of 10.6 micrometers ,they are mainly suited for working on non-metallic materials and on most plastics .CO2 lasers have a relatively high efficiency and feature a very good beam quality.They are therefore the most widely used laser types.
