The Keli series input type ultrasonic vibration plate device consists of two parts: the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator. When the standard model of ultrasonic cleaning machine is not suitable for a specific working environment, in addition to customized special specifications of ultrasonic cleaning machines, the input type vibration plate device can also be used in the existing equipment. If there is an ordinary cleaning tank, the ultrasonic vibration plate device can be added and refitted into a Ultrasonic cleaning. The whole stainless steel structure, acid and alkali resistant, beautiful and durable. The split structure is adopted. The vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator are connected by high-frequency wire with a socket, which is convenient for use and maintenance. The installation and layout are flexible. The ultrasonic radiation surface can be arranged on the bottom, side or top of the cleaning tank as required.

Characteristics of input type ultrasonic vibration plate:

1. All stainless steel structure, hard chromium plating on the shock plate surface to enhance hardness, acid and alkali resistance, beautiful and durable

2. Use high-quality vibrators and conduct multi-channel testing with a dedicated head impedance tester to ensure stability.

3. Multiple frequencies: 25KHZ, 28KHZ, 40KHZ, 68KHZ, 120KHZ

4. The high-frequency vibration plate is suitable for cleaning precision parts and can clean blind holes below 1mm.

5. The side vibration plate is suitable for cleaning rack parts and large workpieces.

6. The bottom vibrating plate is suitable for cleaning small workpieces in the washing basket and beaker.

7. The top vibration plate is suitable for cleaning circuit boards, glass substrates, aluminum substrates, magnetic cores, and other cleaning lines that require dual cleaning

8. The flange type vibration plate is suitable for cleaning optical lenses and other workpieces, reducing dead corner dirt in the groove.

9. The split structure adopts a high-frequency wire connection with a socket between the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
