Product Appearance: White or off-white powder/transparent liquid 

Application: Construction tiles(dloor tile,wall tile,polish tile,granite etc..)

Property: used for increasing the strength of ceramic mud blanks,and can subsitute carboxyl methyl cellulose without affecting the speed of flow of slurry and reduce the moisture of slurry.

Packing: the powder is 25kg/bag,woven bags with inner plastic.the liquid is 1 ton per barrel.we can produce various specification according to customer's request.

Dosage Quantity: 0.05-0.15% of dried body.

Usage: The solid Ceramic body intensifier should enter the ball mill together with other raw materials,while the liquid ceramic body intensifier may enter the ball either together with other raw materials or may be added in 20 minutes before the ball stops,or directly added to a slurry tank for being mixed,the result of which will be better.

Storage: 12 month under moisture proof,rain prevention.
