DESIGNED TO SAVE TIME After working with rigid suspension systems for many years, Dr gharavi came to the conclusion that they were making his athletes slower instead of faster. His idea was a device that worked all the muscles dynamically, to meet the demands of sports and everyday life. The 4DPRO® Suspension Trainerr trains the muscles to move faster and independently from eachother.
The 4DPRO® Reaction Sling Trainer is simple, comfortable, effective, easy on the joints – and fun! Every 4DPRO® is equipped with 4 Lambda bands for a variety of exercises. We recommend an extra set of Lambda bands for individuals over 180lbs in order to enjoy the full spectrum of body elasticity exercises.
