Automatic Chili Dryer

Structure of automatic chili dryer:

The automatic chili dryer consists of mesh belt dryer, electric control system and other auxiliary components. Hot air furnace provide drying medium - hot air, according to the different fuels (such as coal, diesel, gas and other)can choose different forms of furnace. Mesh belt dryer is the main drying equipment, consist of the box and multi-layer conveyor. The electronic control system controls the entire equipment to start, operate and shutoff. In cooperation with the auxiliary parts, the drying equipment  complete the chili feeding, drying and discharge processes, to achieve the dry processing of chili.

Working principle and features of automatic chili dryer: 

Automatic chili dryer utilize the hot air produced by the heat furnace as the drying medium. Through the hot air distribution unit, the hot air is  transported to the mesh belt to dry the chili. The hot air volume, mesh belt running speed, temperature and humidity can be adjusted by the electric control system, to ensure the continuous and automatic operation.
