A. Main features

Bitumen is heated inside the tank by sub-area; composite heat transfer technology, time saving and time saving.

B. Working process

1. Heating: firstly the high temperature hot air enters into the fast heating area, the bitumen is heated rapidly and high temperature bitumen outputs in a short period of time (time saving)

2. Waste heat into the tank storage area, so that the whole tank bitumen will be heated and heat preserved. Heat is fully utilized. (Energy saving)

3. when bitumen in fast heating area outputs, the bitumen in storage area will be added in automatically.

C. Configuration

1. Tank insulation material (alumina silicate fiber)

2. The tank is equipped with thermal oil electric heating system (for bitumen discharge pool; bitumen pump and pipe insulation)

3. When short of bitumen, the heating stops automatically (anti-dry)

4. Bitumen temperature display and control automatically.

5. Bitumen storage automatic indication (easy to observe and manage)
