The aluminum ladle cleaner is a product which is independently researched and developed by our company and has new structure, new form and high efficiency, cleans aluminum slag, precipitates and other things which are attached to the wall of an aluminum ladle by a mechanical cutting method and discharges the cut debris to a collection box by using a spiral conveying device, which prevents a masonry heat-resistant layer from being accidentally damaged by an air pick for cleaning, greatly prolongs the service life of the aluminum ladle, shortens the cleaning time of the aluminum ladle, reduces labor intensity and improves operating environment and working efficiency.

Structure:

The ladle cleaner consists of frame, ladle fixing device. The frame body is a rectangular frame and the hydraulic clamping device and an adjustable V-shaped positioning support are arranged on the ground fixing plate. And the propulsion device is connected with the main frame through the joint of the propelling cylinder rod through the joint with the articulated bearing. The mainframe frame is installed on the rectangular frame rail through the roller wheel. The main engine is equipped with a transmission mechanism including a speed reducer body, a hydraulic motor, a cutting blade and a rotary cutter. The combination tool includes a milling cutter with a round carbide blade and a milling cutter with a flange and a cutting blade. The main drive shaft of the flange is connected to the cutter arbor of the combined tool by means of a bolt.
