Product Description
- Choke and kill line hose is mainly used in oil drilling and exploration work. It is manufactured as the flexible connection between standpipe and rotary drilling swivel or between pump and rotary vibrator standpipe for mud suction at very high pressure. It is composed of tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is usually used to transfer the abrasive, corrosive drilling mud and the cover is used to resist the damage caused by abrasion, corrosion, ozone and weather.

- Structure: it is composed of tube, reinforcement and cover.
- Tube: resistant to oil, abrasion, acids and alkalis synthetic rubber, principally nitrile rubber.
- Reinforcement: multiple high tensile steel wire spiral layers.
- Cover: resistant to ozone, abrasion, corrosion and weather synthetic rubber.
- Inner diameter: 2" - 4".
- Outside diameter: 99mm - 183mm.
- Working pressure: 34.5MPa (5000psi).
- Test pressure: 69.0MPa (10000psi).
- Min burst pressure: 103.5MPa (15000psi).
- Working temperature: -4°F - +200°F (-20°C - +93°C).
