High performance horizontal kneading machine is a horizontal kneading kneading machine, slurry mixture, capable of handling high viscosity. The remarkable features of these kneader are their kneading principle and make them suitable for a wide range of applications: from producing low viscosity adhesive (hot melt adhesive) to high viscosity rubber mixture.
The excellent kneading and dispersing achieved by the high performance kneader are based on the meshing principle of DUPLEX kneading pulp, and they have mutual peeling action. The speed ratio of kneading blade is 3:2. This produces alternating motion of the blade surface away from each other. This produces high pressure and shear force, resulting in high friction in the material, resulting in intensive mixing and fine dispersion of the material.
HKS is a kneading machine in which Z shaped kneading paste is crosswise arranged. As far as HKS is concerned, the distance between the kneading shafts is greater than the outer diameter of the blade. Therefore, the kneading blades do not produce reciprocal effects. The kneading blades rotate in opposite directions, and the material moves continuously from the side wall of the kneading basin to the center or the opposite direction of the kneading basin in the direction of rotation. The speed ratio of kneading blade is 5:3. The different speeds of the kneading blades rotated in opposite directions cause high pressure to achieve dense mixing.
All HKS and HKD series machines have heated / cooled mezzanine.
The material is discharged by tilting the kneading basin or by discharging the screw. The two series of kneader are directly driven by gear motors. Stepless speed regulation of frequency converter.
