It`s a universal valve lock, 



which used
to lock out large levers of valves, T-handles and other hard-to-secure
mechanical devices.

d)  Blocking arm for use with large Universal
Valve Lockout.


e)  This universal valve lockout devices are used
to max handle width 40mm (handle max thickness 28mm).









We have five types as follows:




UVL01:  With 1 arm - For quarter-turn ball valves.
UVL02:  With 2 arm - For 3, 4 or 5-way valves, or to lock valves in the "on", "off", or "throttled" position.
UVL03:  With coated cable - Using cable attachment for gate valves.
UVL04:  Base Clamp only - For butterfly valves.
UVL05:  With 1 arm & coated cable - Universal valve lockout for most valves.
