Application:
This EPE foam machine mainly applys for cutting EPE foam sheet according to designed length and width.

Working Principle:
By using PLC servo-motor control machine and our own designed variable speed controlling roller to locate the processing length of EPE foam sheet.
 
Machine characters:
1. Using Japan MITSUBISHI PLS and Taiwan weinview touch screen.
2. Using magnetic clutch to control the cutting of the knifes, and this makes the cutting speed faster.

Advantages:
1. It woks stablly with high precision.
2. The cutting speed is fast.
3. It reduces the wastage of the front and tail edging material. For example, the waste of the front and tail edging is about 10mm by using our machine, much less than the average waste 60-90mm in this industry.
4. The margin of processed EPE foam sheets is smooth.
