• PRODUCT INTRODUCES

SW-53 emulsion composite membrane adhesive is a water-based environmental friendly adhesive used for BOPP membrane-paper laminating. This product had good coating performance and enveloping capability for powder. Also it had many advantages after laminating such as high transparent, bubble free, no layer-drop and color protection. Its distinguish features are high content, good plasticity and elasticity, strong conglutination strength, ideal and high quality of presswork packaging materials.

• APPLICATION

1. adopting humid laminating techniques, gelatinize content 8~12g/m2
2. laminating temperature: ≥10℃

The product weights 50kg in the plastic barrel.

• POINTS FOR ATTENTION
• Protect against physical damage. Store in a cool, dry well-ventilated location.Keep temperature of 5℃ and above during usage and storage, avoid frozen during winter times.
• SW-53 has a sealed shelf life of one year.
