Production Liner

1. Add the raw material

The manufacturing of geomembranes begins with the production of the raw materials, which include the hdpe-resin,virgin material,master batch and carbon black and various additives such as antioxidants, UV-resistance and keeps long .By using the electric plastic mix mixer in accordance with the ratio 1:5 mix to complete it.

2. Molten Plasticizing

Put the polyethylene materials to the plastic extruder hopper, adopts the vacuum automatic feeding machine to complete the process;

3. Extrusion Blow Molding

It will put the polyethylene material into plastic extruder screw barrel screw, after heating plasticized melt extrusion forming, by blowing up forming for membrane bubble on the mold.Through the blown film machine, blown film extrusion forming three layers of geomembrane all sorts of thickness for it.

 

4.Traction

 

Approved by traction in traction plastic bubble on the plastic bubble in traction.

 

 

 

5.Rewinder

It will put the double folded geomembrane slit in the middle, and reach the geomembrane for the single side. It put the geomembrane for traction winding winding.Then,geomembranes are installed roll out, the product automatically remember m winding.
