Structure

• Pneumatic turntable: It consists of a turntable, a pneumatic device, and a positioning mechanism. The turntable has 16 stations, which are driven by the cylinder to rotate in front, driving the product to complete different processes in sequence. The product rotates to the printing position and is positioned by the positioning block. After printing, the positioning pin returns and the turntable moves to the next station.

• Touch screen operating components: It mainly consists of a touch display screen and a built-in control system. The touch display screen is installed in a conspicuous position on the equipment housing for easy operation. The control system processes operating instructions and coordinates the operation of various components.

• Monochrome oil cup: It includes an oil cup, a scraper, a printing plate, etc. The oil cup stores ink, and the scraper makes the ink adhere evenly to the printing plate.
