A/ If you choose seller shipping method, please mail us your harbour name to double check if can delivery to and delivery time.

Import duties,taxes and your local fees are not included in the price or shipping charge .These charges are the buyer's responsibity.Pls make sure you can clear customs before order if can not clear customs before the deadline, your Customs will distroy the goods, and you have to bear all cost caused by the Customs clearance dealy. If want to send by courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex or EMS, pls provide us with your city name, post code, so we can check if arrive, if remote areas and how much they cost.

B/ Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you order.

C/  We usually mark the goods for a low cost on the customs declaration ,but we can't guarance no tax charge as it is depends on your country's policy, write smaller value also has risk, please be noted with this before order! If need show true value or other value please let us know in advance.

A/ Pls check all goods carefully before you sign to accept the package and report to us within one week if there are any parts loss or machine problems. Pls show related photos and videos.

B /Due to machine is special product, big size, if shipping back, shipping cost and import tax will be very high, so we do not accept Return, but we will grantee that it can work well. During warranty, we can change you spare parts for free (Except for consumable parts)

C/For Machine,Warranty is one year,during warranty,if the spare parts was sent back for repair, buyer pays for the returning shipping cost and fees, we responsible for the 2nd shipping cost and handling charges.(Except for consumable parts)
