1. manufacturing

1） Three dimensional gray cast iron welding platform:

① After the casting is completed, the whole annealing process is adopted, Shot peening to remove the casting impurities; and then, put it in the open air, the natural aging time is longer than 6 months, in order to completely eliminate the casting internal stress .

② No pores, trachoma, cold laps, cracks and other defects.

2） Three dimensional Q345B and SUS304 welding platform:

① The whole annealing process is adopted, Shot peening to remove the welding impurities.

② There are no defects such as blowhole, leakage welding, cold crack, welding and so on.

1. Manufacturing precision

• Table surface mesh line specifications:100x100±0.05mm (D28 series), 50x50±0.05mm (D16 series);table two adjacent edge X, Y direction of each millimeter scale line
• The pore size and precision: φ28.15±0.03mm (D28 series)/φ16.08±0.02mm (D16 series)
• hole spacing: 100±0.03mm (D28 series) /50±0.02mm (D16 series)

④ Plane degree:0.1mm/m2

⑤ Verticality:0.1mm/200mm

⑥ Parallel degree: 0.1mm/1000mm 

⑦ Parallelism and perpendicularity (adjacent two sides):0.1/1000mm

① Surface finish of platform: 1.6μm
