Unit Characteristic

Unit structure:
1. high-strength cut-off aluminum alloy profile + shaped sealing rubber strip + high-density polyurethane foam "sandwich" box board;
2. Aluminum profile is anodized, high strength, low deformation rate, the strength of the whole unit up to the European standard 2A (EN1886);
3. Panels and profiles is separated by PVC, effectively avoid the energy transfer through the box inside and outside, truly achieve cold bridge design, good sealing performance, sound insulation performance and  low air leakage rate.
 
       
 
Filter:
1. Standard equipped with aluminum alloy frame nylon net filter, low air  resistance, can be cleaned and used repeatedly, plate Aluminum net filter can also be configured according to user requirements (filter level G2);
2. Standard unit filter extraction direction is left and right, up and down can also be designed according to user needs.
 
 
Coil type heat exchanger:
1. The main body of the coil is made of high quality phosphorus deoxidized copper tube, and the fin is corrugated hydrophilic aluminum foil. Higher heat exchange efficiency than ordinary aluminum foil, and it is easy to clean.
2. By mechanical tube expansion technology to make fins and brass in close contact to ensure that the coil has high heat transfer efficiency;
3. end plate is high-quality galvanized steel plate, connection with brass tube is treated by flanging processing to ensure that brass tube no injury in the process of expansion;
Each coil has been computer precise selection, adopt reasonable tube arrangement, scientific fin distance and pipe travel to ensure that the coil has high heat transfer coefficient, low water resistance and air resistance;
4. Each coil is checked by strict pressure leakage test, the test pressure is 2.5MPa, the maximum working pressure up to 1.6MPa;
For the problem of fresh air unit coil antifreeze in cold area, antifreeze switch, downstream coil tube way and many other antifreeze measures can be equipped according to customers needs.
 
Fan motor:
   
1. Adopt famous brand of dual-air inlet rotor forward tilting centrifugal fan, non-wearing parts, and will not cause secondary pollution of the air. Impeller and frame are made of hot galvanized plate, high structural strength. All fans have undergo a rigorous static and dynamic balance test, low noise&vibration, high efficiency.
2. The unit with belt transmission is equipped with domestic famous brand forward double-inlet centrifugal fan, and with European cone sleeve pulley,flexible dismantling, easy maintenance; the belt is imported well-known brands,with high transmission efficiency, good wear-resistance performance.
3. Adopt flexible connection at fan outlet and the unit air outlet , further reducing the vibration of the unit.
Access door is equipped in fan section for maintenance.
4. Fans of each unit are have been computer precise selected, to ensure that the fan is always in the best working conditions under different air pressure.
5. For the unit with variable air volume requirements,  external rotor motor and variable frequency motor are optional,which have function of speed&pressure adjustment,can adjust air volume and save energy.
 
 
Dry water drain pan
1. Elaborate designed dry water drain pan, slight tilt installation to make the condensed water can be discharged smoothly, no air secondary pollution, to ensure the air quality;
2. The whole water pan is insulated by extra thick insulation materials to ensure that no condensation in extremely harsh environments .
3. Unit standard water pan is made of cold plate spraying, with high corrosion resistance; stainless steel water pan is optional.
