Strapping procedures:

• Press the start button,the machine offers steel belt to the guide chute inside the belt conveyor                                  
• The clamp roller opens up after the belt reaching up to the setting length of belt
• An operator manually puts the seals through the belt,then tighten the steel belt to fix it on the coil
• An operator pulls down the strapping head to let it push the belt foward to tension,notch,and cut the belt
• One strapping is performed

while proceeding the second belt, the machine will automatically move into the other side of coils for binding, and so on
