1 Pallet Stretch Film Wrapper Product Description

Our T2000F-HCS Pallet packaging machine is used to wrap stretch film around a loaded pallet. It can stretch film from 1 meter to 3 meters, highly reduce film waste. Stretch film provides protection while the products are being transported& storage. Stretch wrapper is widely used in chemical industry, electronic industry, home appliances, foodstuff etc.

Membrane frame system:

The membrane frame is a dynamic pretension mechanism, and the pretension can reach to 250%.

AC motor stretch the film, and the frequency converter adjusts the tension.

The speed of rising, falling  and film feeding  can be adjusted respectively.

The number of wrapping layers at the top and bottom is  controlled separately .

How does pallet stretch film wrapper work?

On a turntable stretch wrapper, the load spins around on a turntable, while the film delivery system moves up and down, dispensing the stretch film. A turntable typically spins between3-15 revolutions per minute, so a pallet load has to be stable and solidly built, with the weight of the load evenly distributed.
