The using ways of this kind of hair roller as below for your  reference : 

1. Humidity the hair by 30%.

2. Choose the right diameter and length hair roller  according to the length of hair .

3. Separated the hair in small parts by a normal hair clips .

4. Rolling the hair into the hair curler from the hair end toward the root .
