Product description:

• DZSF Model linear vibration screen(vibrating sieve, sifter machine) is suitable for screening all of dry material (from 0.074mm to 20 mm) or mesh size (from 2-600 mesh)
• It supports at most 6 layers.  But 3 layers at most is highly recommended.
• The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized. 
• The largest screening area can arrive to 2000mm*3000mm. 
• The motors is installed below screening box. 
• In general,  its inclined angle is 0~10°. 
• It has 4 available material, all stainless steel 304 or 316 or touching part sus304 or carbon steel Q235A.
• The voltage is supported to be customized.  220/240/380/415/450V are all available. 50 or 60HZ.
• With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
• It is widely used for screening, grading and filtering, separating and classifying and sieving of powders, pellets, granule.
• It has been used in Food, Chemical, Construction, Paper-making,  Metallurgy and mining, Abrasive and ceramic industry etc. 
• It is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cove
• Additional parts can be installed for better usage such as mobile running wheels, inspecation hole, noise-proof basement, special feeding hole and capacity-controlling device.

Linear vibrating screen material:

1. All carbon steel. This kind of material is widely used in Gravel, sand, coal, ore, cement construction industry, metal powder and particle, etc. Especial for noncorrosive material, and these material that have a low request for sanitary condition.  

2. Contact part stainless steel. It is generally suitable for Oxidized material, Chemical, foodstuff. medicine material, and corrosive material, etc.  

3. All stainless steel. It is suitable for high sanitary condition foodstuff, strict chemical industry and high corrosive material. Such as flour, milk, etc. 

 

Application:

1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.

2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.

3) Food industry: sugar, salt, alkali, gourmet powder, starch, milk powder, yeast powder, pollen, food additive, bean milk, juice, etc.

4) Paper-making industry: coated slurry, exhaust liquid, paper making liquid and waste water reclamation, etc.

5) Metallurgy and mining industry: quartz sand, ore, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, etc.
