The usages of manganese sulphate monohydrate MnSO4.H2O

A. Manganese, supplied as manganese sulphate, is used to alleviate Mn deficiencies which are most common in Northland & on the West Coast of the South Island & in peat soils. Manganese sulphate is also applied to soils or as a foliar application for cereal production where a history of Mn deficiency exists,

B. Manganese sulphate was added to soils to promote plant growth, especially of citrus crops.

C. In animal husbandry and feed industry, manganese sulfate used as feed additives to promote animals to grow healthily and fatly.

D. Manganese sulphate was used as a porcelain glaze, as a fertilizers additive and as a catalyst. It is good reducing agent  for manufacturing paints, varnish driers. It is used in textile dyes, fungicides, medicines and ceramics. Manganese sulphate also can be used in ore flotation, as a catalyst in viscose process and in synthetic manganese dioxide.
