Description:

Coconut shell materials are processed with fiber decorticating machines, sieved to separate dusts, then dried to the humidity required by our customers. After drying, the curling coil is inserted into baling press machines and processed into bales weighing 80-110 kgs.

Bail compressing: 80 -110kgs / bale.

• Moisture: 20 (+ / 2%)
• Length of fiber: 5-25 cm
• Dusts and impurities: 3% max
• Natural yellow color of coir.
