This machine consisted of main machine, hydraulic system and electronic control system. The machine with elegant appearance shape and compact reasonable strcture.

  The main machine is adopted "C" type frame strcutures. Heat plates and plungers are all made of superior material, suitable and scientific structure, through accuracy processed operation, with stable working pressure, easy to maintain and adjust.

  PLC control system can realize multi-progress automatic control under the platform. This control system will improve the control level and provide high efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

   The machine is applicable for processing & vulcanizing tread compound and other need high temperature and pressure rubber products.
