Working Principle of Dry Type Fish Feed Making Machine

The extruding barrel would be preheated by heating band equipped with the fish feed extruder, when running, through the screw extruding of the flour material, temperature inside of the barrel would be kept high and with big pressure by the rotary working process between screw and sleeves. And under the high temperature and high pressure condition to ripen flour material, it would be shaped into pellets or granules by die mould, and the fish feed machine could make different kinds of shape because of different die mould. And at last, the feed pellets would be cut by the cutter which rotates regularly and high speedily, and the cutter speed could also be also adjusted on the electric cabinet which could control all the process for the fish feed  making machine.
