Working principle:
Bolt stretchers are generally composed of hydraulic pumps, high-pressure hoses, pressure gauges and stretchers. The hydraulic pump is the power source, the pressure gauge reaction pump output pressure, the high pressure hose connection hydraulic pump and the stretcher. The stretcher is the actuator that realizes the bolt drawing. Mainly consists of piston cylinder, stretching head and supporting bridge.
At work, the hydraulic pump output high pressure oil, through the high-pressure hose to the hydraulic cylinder. Under the action of high pressure oil, hydraulic cylinder to produce the tensile force and used to be preloaded bolt, and then as a continuation of the piston rod movement, to reach scheduled bolt tensile elongation (within the scope of the elasticity of the material), then tighten the nut, unloaded bolts of the applied load, bolt pre-tightening of the work done.
