SMNCM-1 RFID Contactless Smart Card Hole Punching Machine has 8units punching heads, it's used for punching holes on PVC,PETG,ABS,Teslin,Polycarbonate materials before making module and antenna.
The module is embedded inside of plastic card. Because of the certain shape of module, we should punch 
holes with different dimension in layers, this can make sure layers are flat.

1. Two kinds of different dimension tools are used for punching in layers.
2. The two tools can be easily exchanged during production. 
3. It is easy to load plastic sheet and easy to adjust punching position.
4. Controlled by PLC, adjust setting by touch screen if you use different formats for inlay making, automatic feed sheet for holes punching and automatic back after punching.
