Product Introduction
The horizontal volute screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment uses the screw extrusion principle to achieve the squeeze dewatering of sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the screw diameter and pitch change, and the small gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring.
Structure Principle
Horizontal Volute Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine is structured with a filter element that consists of two types of rings:a fixed ring and a moving ring;and a crew that thrusts the filter element and transfers and pressurizes the sludge. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section,completed in one cylinder. This new filter pattern replaces the traditional filtration method, such as filter cloth and centrifugal filtration mode.
Dewatering Principle
Sludge will be transported to the dewatering department after being thickened in the thickening department. In the advancing process, great pressure has been produced because of the gradually decreasing filter spacing and screw distance, and the back platen clogging. Then the volume decreasea continuously, and the purpose of fully dewatering will be achieved.
