CommaPrep™ micro-scale DNA extraction columns are supplied with spin columns and collection tubes.The columns provide fast and reliable extraction of high quality DNA from a variety of samples including swab, urine, saliva, blood spot, serum/plasma circulating DNA with a binding capacity of 10 μg.

Extracted DNA is ready for use in many downstream applications, including PCR, real-time PCR, restriction digestion, sequencing and library construction.

Typical results

Swab DNA was extracted using Biocomma HP05, and the elution volume was 30 μL. Then analyze by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.

Circulating cfDNA was extracted using Biocomma HP05, and the elution volume was 20 μL. Then analyze by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel after PCR amplification.
