【process flow】:
     Marigold petals → freeze-dried → sifted through sieving → Ethanol solution of extractant THF and KOH was added in proportion, reacted under nitrogen atmosphere at room temperature → filtered → rinse → concentrated → paste → dissolved in ethanol solution (volume ratio 1: 1)Medium→Extract solution is adjusted to neutral pH with acetic acid → Centrifugation is used to remove the supernatant→Lutein crude product.
