Features of the Graphite Electrode Maching center

1、Protection box which can move with the workbench.The protection box tends to be perfect and reflects special protective function of the graphite machine. The workbench is equipped with a protection box which can move with the workbench. The protection box keeps the oil tube, the drag chain, the guide screw, the rail line and X/Y servo motors clear of graphite powder and enables them to be reliably installed in the protective cover, which greatly improves the equipment reliability.   

2、Oil curtain ring or water curtain ring which can protect the spindle. An oil curtain ring is installed on the spindle box and the oil curtain from the oil curtain ring can seal up most graphite powder produced during cutting in the oil curtain ring and avoid graphite powder splashing during cutting, which greatly ensures the cleanness of the machining environment.

3、Independent high-capacity oil storage tank.Dust produced during machining is collected by the independent high-capacity oil storage tank on the side of the machine tool and graphite powder is filtered by the filter on the oil storage tank.

4、Independent collection of rail oil. It is designed specifically for environmental protection. A groove for collection of rail oil is designed on the machining face of the guide rail and totally sealed metal plate is installed on the side of downside of the machining face of the guide rail. Rail oil is collected in the stainless steel collector groove through the tube and a stainless steel groove which is used for oil collection in the whole process is designed at the bottom of the horizontal guide screw. The design not only avoids rail oil flowing into the cutting fluid and scattering onto the machine, but also prevents rail oil from infiltrating any piece of cable or oil tube, cooling pipe and drag chain, etc. 

5、Separate layout of lubricating line and drag chain, etc.It is easy for maintenance.
