Hammer Mill for Feed Pellet Plant 

   Hammer mill is used to make sawdust of wood chips, straw, tree barks,etc. The sawdust is the raw material to make pellet and briquette.
    Hammer mill is mainly rely on the impact of crushing materials. The material enters into a hammer mill, is impacted by a high-speed rotary hammer head to be crushed, the crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head of the hammer crusher, impacts the baffle plate and the sieve strip in the frame body from the high speed, simultaneously, the materials collide with each other and are crushed repeatedly, the materials smaller than the gap of the sieve strip are discharged from the gap, individual larger materials are subjected to impact, grinding, extrusion and crushing by the hammer head again on the sieve strip, and the materials are extruded from the gap by the hammer head of the hammer crusher. Thereby obtaining a product of the desired particle size.

1, How to pay to you ?
T/T inadvance or by ESCROW . We can accept 30% deposit , and balance paid to us before delivery machine to you .
2, How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 5-7 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to clients specific requirements, it would be 30 days.
3, Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines?
Yes,  for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
4,How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
5, How is the packing?
