Sesame oil press machine production line

1. sesame: It’s a common oil seeds for human. The sesame oil is good for health. The oil content of sesame is about 50%.

2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the sesame. The iron impurity will be harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out. 

3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from sesame.

4. hot blast air fryer: This section is composed of fuel transport system,hot blast air stoves(oil furnace,coal stove),seeds frying machine,smoking system,hot blast air network,

temperature detection system.total seven equipment to uniform cooking the tempered raw materials to ensure 

the completely protein denaturation,hardening, the separation between raw materials with waste gas and the 

gas emission..

5. Press: The press machine is used to take parts or all of the oil in the sesame. We will design the suitable machine according to your requirement.

6. Filter:  The machine is to filter the impurities and oil scraps,which makes crude oil pure.
