1. Semi coke fine (0-8mm)

It can be used for sintering Mn ore in process of production SiMn or use in other sinter mill. Semi coke fine can be used in blast furnace instead of coal injection in steel-making

If you have sinter plant, the semi coke fine can be mixed together with Nickel ore. The main function is drying nickel and pre-reducing, as the semi coke has advantage of special low Sulfur and Phosphorus, and price is lower than met coke powder.

 

2. Semi coke nut (6-18mm)

Semi coke nut can be used in producing Ferronickel, Ferrosilicon, Calcium Carbide and other ferroalloys.

 

If you have Rotary Klin, the semi coke can take place of coal injection during production of FeMn, FeCr,FeNi, FeSi and so on.

 

3. Semi coke lump (15-35mm)

The semi coke lump is best reductant inside of electric furnace in production of FeNi, also because of special low sulfur and phosphorus and lower cost; it is used widely in FeNi production in China and Indonesia.
