Garri making plant is common in Nigeria, there are five major steps in the garri making plant: Cleaning & Washing Sections, Peeling and Grinding Sections, Fermentation Section, Pressing Section and Drying Section. The garri processing plant covers these machines: Cassava cleaning machine, Paddle washing machine, Cassava peeling machine, Cassava grating machine, Hydraulic Press, Garri frying machine.

Step1:  Cleaning and Washing Sections: dry sieve can effectively remove dirt, sand and small stones. Paddle washing machine will remove silts and impurities from the surface of cassava. Step2:Peeling and Grinding Sections:

Step4:  Hydraulic press is going to remove component moisture.

Step5:  Drying Section: garri fryer is widely used in the drying processing of garri,  it owns automatic temperature control and fry functions.
