The lower part is a static powder separator with no transmission parts inside and is mainly composed of a group of stepped parallel plate grids. Materials to be separated fall down to the step in a trapezoid manner and fine powder will be separated from materials by means of separating airflow on the step and then conveyed to fine powder outlet. The upper part is a rotor powder separator for separating coarse and fine powders. The particle size distribution and flow rate of coarse material and fine powder can be adjusted via adjusting separating airflow. Besides, in allusion to stone materials or tailing with high mud content, when the mud has to be removed, it’s able to add scrubbing device in the separator to scrub and separate the mud on stone surface in a dry manner so as to obtain clean stone and artificial sand.And here is a list of advantages of using our products:
