Main Features

1) This aluminum Cut off Wheel as cutting disc, thickness of disc is 0.8-1.2mm only, flat center cutting disc, after assembled to cutting machine it make linear cutting line, cut off the steel or stainless steel very quickly and NOT hurt or destroy the steel surface, cut-off cross-section is clean and smooth.

2) This 107x1.2x16mm aluminum Cut off Wheel has advantages for cutting hard meterials, such as stainless steel, KS steel.And sharp for steel pipe cutting, 10-16mm solid steel, Square pipe and other materials. 

3)Storage:Cut off wheel should be stored in dry and air-flew places, Do Not keep in wet places,Do Not put box onto floor but put on wooden plate or pallet,Do put the box in flat position, DO NOT pile the boxes above 1 meter height.

4) User instruction: 

a.Read the instruction of cut off wheel before use.
b.Check the cut off wheel firstly, see whether it is broken or has crack, whether it is wetted, if it is user must NOT use such cut off wheel.
c. Cutting machine must have safety cover;
d. DO NOT exceed the Max.speed writen on cut off wheel label, eg.80M/S ;
Cutting should be 90 degree vertical towards the material;
e. For the first time cut, user must press the cutting machine with gradual strength, do NOT add press in strong power suddenly.
f. Do NOT use this cut off wheel for grinding purpose.
