Portable and portable stirred quench tank

    The mini mobile portable stirred quenching tank is simple in design, reliable in performance, small in

shape and easy to carry. The quenching tank is used for rapid quenching and quenching of hot parts of

small parts and components, and has the advantages of uniform temperature. The quenching medium can be

water, light weight polymer or oil. It is not designed to be used with brine. Water or polymers must have

antirust agents (or stainless steel). So it is also called quenching tank, polymer quenching tank,

quenching tank, quenching salt bath.
    The micro mobile portable stirred quench tank has an appropriate mixing system, stirring the dispersed homogeneous quenching and vaporizing bubbles of the quenching medium, and forming the quenching surface of the workpiece. These bubbles, if not dispersed, can lead to uneven quenching times, resulting in poor quenching parts. Agitation can also prevent partial overheating, causing quenching in oil quenching medium.

The optional hinged cover of this quenching tank provides a means to eliminate any potential quenching oil fire and to make the quenching medium clean.

The quenching tank can be used in a flat bottom,and is used for laboratories, sample rooms, teaching demonstrations and other fixed places. When the quenching tank needs to be frequently moved or carried, the optional mobile casters are convenient to move and carry, and the same working volume increases by 65 to 120mm.
