10T  Flour Mill Plant (DLWF10) Introduction
This 10TPD wheat flour mill plant consists of two parts: the grain cleaning part and flour milling part. The grain cleaning part has a full wind transport combined grain cleaning machine to complete the grain cleaning. The flour milling part is composed by the high speed milling mill, four supporting type powder extracting device, fan, wind closing device and pipeline components. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance and easy operation, and the automatic feeding device can greatly reduce the labor intensity.
 

1. Cleanin part:Clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by insect and so on.Includes beating, screening,destoner,magnetic separator  and dampening. This section is make the wheat to prepare for milling part and to protect the machinery as well.

3. Milling Part:Include several mills and sifters to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran. 

            a.Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving

          b.Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.

Our wheat mill line can produce wheat flour with different class, semolina and bran. 
It can make bread, cake, pasta, macaroni, suji, maida and so on
