prepared shrimp feeds, fertilizing the ponds to stimulate the growth of organisms, aeration

000 shrimps per hectare)

1.1 GEOMEMBRANE DELIVERY, HANDLING, STORAGE

-Geomembrane each panel is marked with panel size and number

-Delivered directly to an accessible site and unloading with forklift under QA Representative

-Stored in a dry area, as close to the work area as possible.

1.2 FIELD INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
1.2.1 PANEL PLACEMENT.

-Install field panels according to the layout drawing and record the date, time, panel number and dimensions ,submitted

to the Third Party QA Representative.
1.2.2 GEOMEMBRANE FIELD SEAMING

- Layout. Seams shall be oriented parallel to the slope; Each seam shall indicate seam number, welder ID, machine number,

temperature setting, and weather conditions

- Trial Welds. The trail weld shall be conducted by welding Technicians. By joining two pieces of geomembrane at least 15

cm in width. Trial welds for fusion welds will be 3-4 mt. long and extrusion weld trial seams will be a minimum of 1 mt long.

- Formal Fusion Weldingand Extrusion Fillet Welding

1.3 - CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL

1.3.1 Test Method:Non-destructive test and destructive test.

1.3.2 Welding Test:Peel testing and shear testing
