UV stereo varnish

Color: full transparent paste.

 

Properties: 75% solid content, viscosity: 9000 cps, high transparency, good leveling, strong stereo sense, no cracks after drying, screen printing, non-drawing, non-foaming, non-shrinkage hole,

 

Suitable for: cold transfer UV impression sticker, glass film paper, water transfer sticker, scratch nail sticker, etc. with good adhesion and scratch resistance, aging resistance test more than 5 years, pattern will not warp and fall off.

 

Printing conditions: 80 mesh-200 mesh oily stainless steel or polyester screen printing, UV special solvent dilution, screen printing non-drawing without bubbles, 3000-6000 watt UV lamp irradiation for 1-3 seconds, drying can be covered.

 

Storage Conditions: Keep it in a cool and ventilated place, prevent fire and sunscreen, avoid wind, rain and pollution, and can be stored for 12 months at 10 40 C.

 

Printing process:

 

1, cold transfer pressure sensitive transfer printing process required materials.

 

(1) Kodak photo paper,

 

(2) pressure sensitive glue (150~250 mesh screen printing).

(4) color printing or screen printing patterns (250~350 mesh screen printing).
