Usage:

1.The laminated materials possess features such as uniform coating, smooth lamination, no tensile deformation, no bubble, no wrinkles, good hand-feel, softness, extremely good gas permeability, orderly winding, being hard to peel and highly washable.

2.It can laminate a great variety of materials such as cloth/leather, cloth/membrane and cloth/foam.

3.Different configurations can be chosen for winding and spreading rolls according to different materials.

4.Some devices can be added or reduced according to the features of different materials.

5.The machine can be used for multi-purposes such as the lamination of solvent adhesive coating.

6.The auantity and types of adhesive can be adjusted according to the materials and actual needs.

7.The roller can either be heated by electricity, vapor or heat transfer oil.

8.The width of roller can be decided by according to the actual maximum width of the materials.

9.The winding can be done by surface winding, center winding or bulk package.

10.The operation system can be upgraded to a touch screen PLC program control.
